Classical Stretch by Essentrics

Classical Stretch by Essentrics is an effective total body workout by fitness expert, PBS fitness host and New York Times bestselling author, Miranda Esmonde-White.
It is an original technique that was developed out of the need for a program to work the entire body the way it was designed to move that has been influenced by several disciplines - including tai chi, ballet and physiotherapy. It is an intelligent technique that incorporates scientific research on the body, muscles, and connective tissue in a practical and fun fitness workout.
We are the only technique that dynamically combines strengthening and stretching to develop a strong toned body with the complete ability of moving each joint and muscle freely and with full range of motion.

This is harder than it looks! My arches are so sore?? weird.
Stumbled upon this searching for a connective tissue workout. I'm in my early 30s, 100kg+, practice martial arts and lift a lot so I gathered I'm not in your target audience 🤣 I find I'm getting more injury prone which is probably from not training connective tissue and the ligaments/tendons compared to larger muscle groups and explosive movements. I actually got a fair bit of relief from this and even found it challenging, can't believe how tight I am in places. Anyways thanks for this as I try to train more for longevity 💪🏼
❤hi Miranda I have worked out with your videos off and on over the years and I just love how I feel when the work out is done , 4 year’s ago I broke my ankle in 2 places had to have surgery it took me over a year to get back on my feet 🦶 and when I was able I started doing your videos again I always feel so good 😊 after . This past December I fell again and this time I broke my shoulder in 3 places but I was lucky 🍀 I did not need surgery. I just found out I will need to have eye 👁️ surgery possibly in October to remove Cataract.I really hate when I have to put my exercise on hold , but what I am wondering 🤔 I have been having trouble falling asleep 💤 lately do you have any videos that may help with having a better night sleep ? My boys bought me some of your videos for Christmas 🎄 and I just love 💕 them thank you 😊 for all you do. Mary .

First time to this. I feel like I am going to throw up and feel dizzy. I have delt with this my whole life. I was actually sweating too. Different from my other work outs . I hope I was doing the moves correctly. Its hard to watvh and move at the same time. Thank you for doing this video
I don't know how this came up on my feed this morning. I've been "aching" to do some sort of exercise but my 56yr old menopausal body felt so stiff and painful. This was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for my needs, as I don't do yoga anymore. Although it didn't make me out of breath, it definitely made me sweat. I love this and will definitely do this every day. I love how the feather and bird movements made me feel, I need a lot more of that. Thank God for this video

I have an old shoulder injury that was flaring up and i did this workout once and the pain went almost entirely away. I am so amazed and will continue to do this regularly. Thank you beyond words for this workout. It's the first time in about two months my shoulder and neck is not in pain.

Thank you for all of these amazing videos! I'm 66, working at a desk job full time for most of 8 hours, Mon-Fri. and it was taking a toll!! As I was sedentary for too long, these videos, (stretches, gentle challenges, strengthening movements) are having a very positive effect! Thank you very much for gearing invigorating movement to seniors!! Increased mobility and flexibility is paying off after only 2-3 weeks! No need to pay a gym membership; just doing these every morning at home! It means so much, Miranda!!! 💃🏻❤
